Company Profile Design
A designed, print-ready company profile PDF for tenders, exports, and sales. 8 to 20 pages, in Arabic or English, digital and print files, nothing invented.
A company profile is the document a buyer asks for before they take you seriously: a fixed-page PDF that explains who you are, what you deliver, what you have already done, and why you can be trusted with the work. Web Roots designs that document properly. Most profiles in this market are PowerPoint or Word exports, and it shows: substituted fonts, low-resolution logos, pages that are really pictures of pages, and half-empty spreads padded with stock photography. We build yours as a designed document, with every page composed at an exact trim size, on your own colours and typefaces, and with live, selectable text. You receive two files from the same document. One is a light digital PDF with clickable contact links that actually sends in an email or a chat. The other is a genuine print-ready PDF, with bleed, crop marks, and trim boxes written in, so a printer can print it without a phone call. Typical length is 8 to 20 pages, 12 by default, and the page count follows your content rather than a template. Delivered in Arabic, English, or both as a matched pair. Based in Cairo and working with clients worldwide.
What your company profile includes
Designed, Not Exported
Every page is composed at an exact trim size on your brand's colours and typefaces, not a slide deck or a text document saved as a PDF. The text stays live and selectable, so a buyer, or their procurement system, can search it.
Digital and Print-Ready Files
You get both exports of the same document, always: a light digital PDF with clickable phone, email, and website links that sends in a chat without bouncing, and a print-ready PDF with bleed, crop marks, and trim boxes written into the file.
Proper Arabic Typesetting
Arabic profiles are typeset right to left, with real Arabic display faces and correct page order, rather than an English layout with Arabic poured into it. The letter joining is verified on the exported PDF, not just on screen.
Tender and Capability Versions
The same brand, arranged for the reader: a marketing profile, a short capability statement for procurement, a product line sheet for exporters, or a tender profile structured against the bid document's own checklist.
Nothing Invented
No founding year, client count, award, certification, or case study goes into your profile unless it can be sourced. Anything we cannot verify comes back to you as a written gap list instead of quietly becoming a claim.
Print-Grade Quality Checks
Before delivery, every profile is checked for embedded fonts, image resolution against printed size, broken Arabic, leftover placeholder text, blank or half-finished pages, and dead links. A file that fails a check is not delivered.
How we design your company profile
- 1
Brand extraction
If you already have a website, we take your real colours, typefaces, and logo straight from it, so the profile matches what your customers already see and we can start before you send anything.
- 2
Intake
We collect what only you have: your legal name in both scripts, what you actually sell, real projects and numbers, certifications, a verified contact block, and, most importantly, who the profile is for.
- 3
Structure
We agree the page list and the order before any design work. Reordering a list takes a minute; reordering finished pages takes a day.
- 4
Write and design
We write the copy for that specific reader and lay out every page on your brand's grid. Arabic is written in Arabic, not translated from English, because a translated profile reads translated.
- 5
Check and deliver
The profile goes through the full pre-flight check, then you receive the digital PDF, the print-ready PDF, and a written list of anything we could not source.
Who this is for
Companies that get asked for "your company profile" and have nothing good to send: businesses bidding for tenders and prequalification, exporters and manufacturers introducing themselves to importers and distributors, clinics, agencies and consultancies that need a serious leave-behind, and any supplier being registered by a corporate procurement department.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a company profile?
A company profile is a designed, fixed-page PDF document, usually 8 to 20 pages, that introduces your business to someone deciding whether to work with you. It normally covers who you are, your vision and values, what you deliver, selected projects, credentials and certifications, clients, leadership, and how to reach you. In Arabic it is called بروفايل شركة in everyday speech, and الملف التعريفي للشركة in formal and tender documents.
Is a company profile the same as a portfolio or a website?
No, although the word "portfolio" gets used for all three. A company profile is a PDF document you send or print. A portfolio website is a live site with its own address, which is our Company Website service. A work portfolio is a showcase of past projects, which we build as an expanded projects section inside the profile document. If you are not sure which you need, ask how you plan to send it: if it goes in an email or a WhatsApp message, you want the document.
How many pages should a company profile be, and what goes in it?
Between 8 and 20 pages, with 12 as the working default. Page count follows content: nine strong pages beat twelve with three thin ones. The usual order is cover, about, vision and values, services, selected projects, numbers and credentials, clients, leadership, why choose us, process, and contact. That order changes with the reader: for an exporter, certifications and the product line sheet move to the front, because that is the first thing an importer checks.
Do you design company profiles in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic profiles are genuinely typeset right to left, with a right-to-left grid, correct page order, real Arabic display typefaces, and no letter-spacing or fake bold, both of which break Arabic letter joining. We verify the joining on the exported PDF, because Arabic that looks correct on screen can still break in export. We deliver Arabic, English, or both as a matched pair.
Can you prepare a profile for a tender or prequalification?
Yes, and it is structured differently from a marketing profile. A tender or prequalification profile is built against the bid document's own checklist: registration and legal status, financial standing, similar projects with values and dates, key personnel, equipment, certifications, safety record, and references. It follows the order the evaluator scores, because they mark against their list, not against our design.
How long does it take?
About 3 to 5 business days for a standard profile when your content is ready, meaning logo, photographs, real numbers, and a live website to work from, including one revision round. Allow 7 to 10 business days if the content still has to be gathered, and 2 to 3 extra days for a second language, because the Arabic is written rather than translated. Where the source material already exists, a rush profile for a tender deadline can move considerably faster.
What if we don't have photos, a logo file, or written content ready?
That is the normal starting point, not the exception. We pull your brand and much of the raw material from your existing website, write from what can be verified, and give you a written list of what is missing. What we will not do is invent it: no made-up founding year, client count, or case study. If a section has nothing real behind it, we cut the page rather than pad it, and we design the document so a later version can absorb your photography and vector logo without a rebuild.
